Winner of several national and international guitar competitions, graduated from the University of Music of Vienna, with advanced studies at the Accademia Musicale Chigiana (Siena, Italy) and doctorate (PhD) on musical improvisation, Luis Leite is one of the most prominent guitar players of the Brazilian instrumental music scene.
With intense international activity, Luis has performed in more than 20 countries.
After living for a decade in Vienna (Austria), Luis returned to Brazil, where he created a pioneer hybrid training program in classic and Brazilian guitar at the Federal University of Juiz de Fora.
He has appeared in festivals and theaters all over Brazil, Europe and USA, alongside artists such as Yamandu Costa, Hamilton de Holanda, Mônica Salmaso, among others.
